Slow System Response

I have a 3 DC single domain evironment running Citrix.
Most of our users log into the domain using thin clients.
Over the past week the response time of the network has
dropped off. Some application take as long as 30 sec. to
respond. I checked the event logs of all the servers and
haven't recieved any viable errors. I have also performed
a Netdiag and DCdiag on the systems with each giving a
pass result. I am running out of options on what to
check. Is there anything else that could possibly provide
a clue to why the domain has slowed so much? The only
real hint to a possible problem is that one of the app
servers states it is applying all of the GPO's required
but doesn't apply the user policy.

Thanks for the help.

Sounds like a DNS problem. Make sure the metaframe servers are all pointing
to your internal DNS servers and check the DNS event logs for any hints as to
what's going wrong.
