Good day all:
Two things: I have some programs, (yahoo, msn, net nanny and XP blocker)
starting up when I boot up and my system is running really slow. I've
looked through my folders to see what programs I can delete to try and get
the system to run better, but I'm at a lost as to what to delete. I see a
folder called Broadjump that's 13Mb and I do not know what it is. How can I
remove the programs from starting up and does anyone know what that
Broadjump is?

My niece tried to get on the Internet today and the system just hung up. I
also tried for 30 minutes and the screen just hung there. When I looked in
the details of the error message in referenced some type of 'dump.' How can
I rectify her problem as well.

Thanx!

Broadband is likely a parasite program. You need to do some cleaning up. Here is some information for help with this.

Many problems with Internet Explorer are caused by spyware applications that invade the browser. You should get the free version of AdAware and Spybot to help remove these applications.
