slow start up

hey my pc has windows xp pro installed and last week when
i started my pc i noticed it took more than usual startup
time and also how can i repair the xp

Cleanup both Under Accessories-System Tools on the All
Programs List on Start menu.
To get rid of other junk you may have gathered over
time ........
