Slow Shutdown

After installing the Windows 2000 and Office patches yesterday my
machine now sits on the "Saving Your Settings" screen for about a minute
on Shutdown or Restart.

Maximum retries to unload and update user profile ...

set enabled and to say 5 ... default if not configured is 60!!
