O
Ole
I have an old application (CF1 - VS2003) that I'm about to convert to CF2 in
VS2005. One of the things I'll have to do is to change the user controls so
that they will work on a high resolution display. I haven't been able to
find any other information than this
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms838191.aspx which is actually not
written for .NET, so please - if you got an interresting link to some useful
information regarding high resolution aware user controls then please let me
know.
Another thing is that the application is awfully slow on a high resolution
Pocket PC (Mobile 5) - switching between windows in my application causes
one window to close before the next is shown so that the windows background
is seen in between - looks bad - makes one think on the good old DOS days.
Serial port comminication is also very slow and I had to increase all
timeout timers.
Any advise is highly appreciated.
Thanks
Ole
