Slow response

Between my office and home computers I use Outlook 2002 on 3 computers. On one computer only I experience a slow response loading the message originally as well as a slow response when I move between messages.
 
Try disabling the integration with Instant Messenger in Tools | Options |
Other and see if that speeds things up.

Thanks. Tried it but no help

Another problem is I cannot load incoming email because I keep getting a
"Enter Network Password" popup. Can't seem to get it to accept my entry

Jocelyn, I tried it again and it appears to be working. Maybe I did it wrong the first time
