Hi,
I have a small Ethernet network running through a US Robotics ADSL router
via file-and print sharing - an HP OJ3030 All-in-One is hard-wired to one PC
and the other 2 PC's print across this one.
Two PC's (including the hardwired one) spool and print fine - the third
seems to get stuck in the spooling phase all the time.
They are all Pro at SP4.
I thought it might be: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816627/en-us
but this seems to indicate a hotfix is available for systems exhibiting this
error - however, when I look here:
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?LN=en-gb&gprid=3071&x=14&y=11
Microsoft seem to want me to pay £70 + VAT or £199 + VAT for the privilege
of talking to a support tech. so I can, supposedly, request the fix???
