In our large network, the IT guy is slowing Upgrading our Win2000 machines to
Win XP Pro. When I print a large print job to one of our two networked
Kyocera KM-5035's, using Win2K, it zips right along. The guy next to me now
has Win XP Pro with all the same software and network & printer settings, and
when he prints, the printer is so slooooowww, & pauses and takes for freakin'
EVER. How can I help him fix his `puter so he quits having ME print for him
? What differences are there between the two OS's that would cause this ?
Firewall, network settings, preferences... everything is the same except our
OS's. IT guy is clueless, and way too busy to troubleshoot.
