Slow performance with Windows NT Wks.

Hullo,
I am using terminal server (Windows 2003 server) with several Windows NT
Workstation as clients.
Network performance are very poor and clients works slowly while using
Windows XP Pro performance are very good.
Do you have any suggestions to troubleshoot this issue ?!
