Slow performanc- TROJAN? hyouave.exe

My wife downloaded something the other day and my system
has been slow as snot. Now when I go into task mgr it says
this program hyouave.exe is running and is SUCKING up
Memory like crazy. What the heck is this and how can I get
rid of it? When I end the process everything is fine. I
just want to get rid of it. It also only triggers when I
log onto the Internet. I am thinking someone is using my
PC to send out spam or something? Any ideas? Thanks please

I'm not familiar with hyouave.exe so these are general
rather than specific suggestions. I assume you've
downloaded the applicable Microsoft updates via

have a firewall of some sort and run an up to date anit-
virus program weekly.

For spyware, trojans etc. run a Google search for Ad Aware
and spybot. Both free. Update weekly and run daily.
