We have 5 terminal servers. All of a sudden, it is taking between 15 and 20
minutes to log off of them when you TS into them. We have not installed any
new software, but this is very frustrating to the users. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help.

Steve

Which OS and ServicePack are you running on the TS?
Check your EventLog for any "profile load" or "profile unload"
errors. If your system logs such errors, try installing the

Hello,

It is Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 4. I did not see any profile
load or unload errors. This is happening on all of our terminal servers.

Thank you,
Steve

If you monitor the system in Task Manager when this happens, is
there a specific process that is eating your CPU cycles?
