slow load of personal settings

personal settings take forever to load. bootvis no
longer available for download. any other ideas how to

Run defrag and, if possible, clean up the start up group.
 
I am having the same problems, my personal settings take
forever to load. I ran defrag and I cleaned up the start
up group, and did a ton of scans on my system, and I
still have the problem. This just happened to me
randomly last week, any more suggestions?
