Per the recommendation of out ISP and the Microsoft Web-
site, I updated my Windows 2000 version from sp2 to sp5.
This was done as recommended due to the recent virus
issues. Once I updated my system with sp5, immediately I
am not able to load certain web-pages (eg no microsoft
pages will even load) and all other browsing has come to a
screaching halt. I have a cable modem and was able to
browse very effiecinetly before updating windows and am
now completely stuck. I can even get to the microsoft
website to re-install. I also did not sav esp5 locally
when I updated so I am therefore unable to uninstall it.
Any ideas????
