Slow download of photo attachments.

When I send an email via outlook express that has a word document with photo
attachments, the receipient has to wait a long time for the file to download.

I and recepients are using a broadband connection.

The file size in question is 4mb.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
