Hi Brunobernard,

I`ll first of all suspect that your using the disk cleanup to free some
space, well why else would you use it? :)

First of all check your C drive for free space,

Double Click on "My Computer" on your desktop,
Right Click "C" Drive and goto properties

If your drive shows to have low space then that will be why it is
taking so long to complete such a task.

if initially you have low disk space your operating system you will be
low on resources hence why it is taking so long to complete the task, I
suggest the following.........

Open Internet Explorer, Click "TOOLS" from the menu, then select
"OPTIONS" under temporary Internet files press the button labelled
"Delete Files"

That should free up some space to begin with - afterwards try using the
wizard again, hope this helps.

Be sure to let me know how you get on.
