Slow connection

I"m using Win2003 TS with win95 client that are behind a router.

The speed of the line is 128Kb.

The first connection is too slow, but after the first connection everything
is OK.

If I connect with a WS that near the server everything is ok/


What can be the problem?

Hm, is it ISDN, or something? If its ISDN It can be that
the first connection is setting up the line (dial up). If
its a ISDN router you can set it up to always be
connected but then I guess you get a huge bill...

Anyway. Please give some more details about the setup...

No its not isdn
its an open line, its always on.
