Slow computer

I just installaed a new motherboard and CPU Pentium 2.5
Ghz. However any new command, move mouse, open hmtl on
the internet, or launch a new program the Disk dirve just
starts running all the time. I know I must have some
setting set incorrectly or something!!!

Help frustrated.

It reads as if you don't have all of the drivers installed, or
corrupted files somwhere. What chipset is on the MB?
The MB should have came with a CDROM. You may
have to also do a repair install. I would also go here for
a read.
