Slow Computer Resonse Time After Updating MotherBoard and CPU

I updated my compute by installing a Albatron KX600
motherboard and ADM 2200 CPU. My computer works but runs
very slowly now. I checked the sytem status and no
conflicts were identified. Is there a CMOS or BIOS
setting that could be affecting the performance. Is there
a diagnostics program I can run to identify the potential
issue? Thanks in adavance for any help or insight you can
provide.
 
Try reinstalling the operating system. Sometimes you will have device drivers still running from old hardware. That will make it run slow. If it were mine I would backup and wipe and start fresh. Good luck
