slow browsing

I'm having problems with my IE6 acting reaaaalllll slow! I've done the
usual things, clearing cache, temp files etc. but no joy.
I have no problems with my connection since Mozilla and Opera run fine.
What can cause this and how can I fix this?

Go to tools > internet options > General Tab >
accessiblity and uncheck "format documents using my style
sheet".

that should work for you.

Hey Paul, I'm having the same problem, did you download

and install all the newest updates? That's when mine
started slowing down. Have you tried opening a second
browser window, if it actually turns IE browser to (Not
Responding), you're having my exact same problem, the only
thing I could find was a guy on here who said to download
IEAK6 (the newest Administrator's Kit), this did stop the
second browser from crashing, but it still slower than
anything and on mine Netscape 7.1 is doing ok too. If you
find an answer, let me know...thanks Jason...
