slow browser

My browser constantly stalls when i am switching pages. I
have a dsl connection and have deleted temporary files &
ccokies but it just keeps getting hung up as i surf. I
constantly have to hit control/alt/delete to get out and
re-launch browser. what can i do?

However, just to be sure, I suggest you check out your system for
parasites, which may be another possible cause of your problem.
