My new processor is taking 2 1/2 minutes to boot up.
These are the programs which load on start up. Which ones
can I discontinue and are these enough to cause such a
slow down? Thanks!

I notice that there is no antivirus program in your startup list? Also,
MSBlast is present here. This is a typical listing seen on system infected
with the Blaster worm. Run1132 looks a little suspicious too.

snip snip for brevity
The only thing running in my startup (MSCONFIG) isrundll32.
Your PC appears to need a good house cleaning.

I would first go to:
http://security.symantec.com/ssc/home.asp?j=1&langid=ie&venid=sym&plfid=23&pkj=LZZEPWFYJOKMFIDPMSV
run a virus scan and then a security scan.
Then download spybot search and destroy from here:
http://security.kolla.de/
Then most of these apps that are in the startup can be
disabled from the apps properties or if not needed can
be uninstalled via add and remove programs.
good luck
