Slow boot/ready - Bootvis

After optimization by Bootvis it reports a boot time of under 19 seconds,
but in reality the system is not fully available for nearly 2 minutes. The
Login+Service time is 79 seconds and it only starts about 13 seconds after
boot. There are network driver delays (mrxsmb and netbios) reported close to
the end of the Login+Service activity.

Significant software and hardware components are USB scanner, external ADSL
modem, ezTrust AV, ZoneAlarm, and WebShots. Are these timings normal or can
they be further optimized?

Yeah, probably the network. I have 4 machines connected to xpHome.
It takes almost 1 1/2 minutes to go from the welcome screen to the
desktop. If I physically disconnect the network cable it takes about
4 seconds to go from welcome to desktop.
