Stop yelling! (i.e., posting in all caps). That is RUDE! Do you write all
your documents in all caps?
Is it just this one CD that vibrates? That means it is out of balance. The
label on it is not centered. Take it back to the store and get a
replacement. If that one vibrates (and it may if it came from the same lot
number and was probably manufactured defectively along with the rest in the
batch), go to another branch of that store and exchange it. If it is too
late to get the store to exhange it then contact the game maker. They
should have a warranty that at least guarantees the media (i.e., the CD) and
have them send you a new one.
If you put a label on the CD then you didn't center it correctly or it was
printed heavily and thickly on one side. Obviously if something is heavier
on one side than the other then it will be out of balance when it spins
quick.
