slooww booting

hi
i face a problem when the server booting it delay to much
in (( prepairing network connection )) after 30 min it
log on .
then i restsrt the server it boot normally so it some time
boot sloooooowly and some times boot normally
 
How many nics in the server? Does DNS on the servernic(s) point to your
server-IP *only*? Can you post the ipconfig/all please? How do you connect
to the internet?
