At
http://www.microsoft.com/Windows2000/downloads/servicepacks/sp4/spdeploy.htm
, Microsoft publishes information (at the section titled "Scenario 1:
Installing Windows 2000 integrated with the service pack") on how to
integrate ("slipstream") SP4 into a network share installation copy of the
Windows 2000 distribution. They've changed the commands (used to be "-s",
for instance, and one had to expand the downloaded file before applying the
SP to the base distro), and it appears to not work.
Has anyone successfully "slipstreamed" SP4 into a Windows 2000 image, and
found out what doesn't work in the six steps in the Microsoft article cited
above? Can you share those steps with me?
Thanks in advance,
