Slipstream Accelerator

My ISP (RCN) sent me an email offering a free web accelerator. I installed
it fine and it turns out it is Slipstream Web Accelerator. Seems to be
working OK except I get an error from the Windows Update page if I go there
with Slipstream enabled. Any ideas on the usefulness of the accelerator or
potential problems?

Slipstream degrades image quality and is not as fast as Proxyconn.com
RCN didn't do their homework. They probably received a cheap deal for
reselling Slipstream - hence the problems. Try Proxyconn Accelerator
and you won't be sorry.
