Hi
I'm having probs with InstantGet
When I try to change the default download directory for InstantGet at
"Category -> Properties...". everything is 'greyed' out?

Emailed support, - they said

You could try the following step:
1. Select the default category in "category pane".

But this is 'greyed out' too?
Anyone had this prob and got it fixed?

Further emails to 'Support' have resulted in similar replies, but
leave me thinking that the person responding either doesn't really
know the program's characteristics, or/and they don't have a
reasonable grasp of english

Have you selected a category? By default, only "All Downloads" is
selected, which will give the greyed out window.

contains, "Software," "Audio," "Movies," etc. Are you saying that
you can't click any of those because they are greyed out?

If the response you posted is any indication, it makes perfect sense
for me. But then, I do know some Spanish, pero es el muy malo.

No. I had the "category pane" hidden and when i went to "Category ->

selection. I un installed InstantGet, but following your reply i

Anyway, many thanks for your reply - now to see if InstantGet will
handle a download. Just tried and it works
