slighty OT: best places to work in the EU for a programmer?

I do .Net/SQL, want to relocate to the EU from the US. Can anyone recommend
places to start looking to take on contracts?

How about going to work for the jews in Israel? I hear the anti-christ has
an interesting retirement plan a step up from working as a web developer.
