Slightly OT: Free Web hosting Sites

I know this is Freeware, but since most free webhosting sites also use free
HTML software, I thought I might ask this question here. I apoligize for
being OT in advance. Here's the question. Are there any Free Webhosting
Sites that host "ad free" and have decent WYSIWYG Web Building Software. I
know thats a lot of FREE to ask, but thought someone here might know. Thanks
