Slightly OT -- Converting WMM files to Flash

Does anyone have any experience in converting Windows Movie Maker 2 output
in WMV format to Flash files? There are several programs on the market that
would appear to do this; their pricing is all over the board, so it is not
like comparing apples to apples.

I work for a newspaper that has a web site. I'm thinking of using WMM to
edit video then saving that as a WMV file. Finally, running it through one
of the Flash conversion programs for the finished file. It may also have
some possibilities in creating some simple, rich media advertising files.
