There is no documentation on the method SlideShowOnNext. Can anyone explain
this method and compare it to SlideShowNextBuild?

It's a new event in PPT 2007.

What's the matter, "This object or member was included in the object model too
late to be fully documented" isn't good enough for you? ;-)

We've already got an event for next slide, next click, next build. Perhaps
this is next animation?

Really? I bet it would be great, if we knew what it was...

As I keep telling the Help(less) system whenever it asks me "Was this
information helpful?":

No but perhaps it would be if there were some information there, eh?

But if it doesn't do exactly what the help says it should, you'll submit a
bug report.

By not adding the help files, they have effectively reduced the number of
reported bugs in the program. This is a stroke of pure financial genius.
They save on having to pay help writers AND debuggers AND have a program
with fewer reported problems.

After all, what are the odds someone would actually stumble over a
completely undocumented new feature? Or is this what they meant by
discoverable?

SlideShowNextBuild - Fires after the animation completes.
SlideShowOnNext - Fires just prior to the animation begining.

I believe the documentation states that SlideShowNextBuild fires before
animation and that SlideShowNextClick fires after animation. There is nothing
said about the behavior or intent of SlideShowOnNext.
