Hi all,
I have created a folder with all the necessary files for
my slideshow and have created a play.bat file to test it
before I burn it to cd. The slideshow starts out fine
playing the midi's and showing the graphics but down the
line the slideshow will hang on a slide and I must press
spacebar to have it move to next slide from that point on.
It does not always hang on the same slide. Any ideas.
Could it be a memory issue?
Thanks in advance for any help

You may be on the right track. The variation in the pause point within the
presentation would suggest that the system is busy doing something else when
called to advance the slide and just can't keep up. It does sound like it
may be a system resources issue.

Is there a virus scanner on the receiving computer that may be activating?
These can sometimes cause a presentation to hang in the middle.

Have you done the steps at:
**Do this before using PowerPoint seriously

and
**Don't do this with PowerPoint. Seriously.
