Slideshow on Projector, Taskbar on Laptop

Powerpoint always puts a slideshow on the primary screen,
i.e. my laptop. I can swap the screens so the slideshow
appears on the projector and I can then have other
programs open on the laptop. However, the task bar is now
on the projector. How can I put a slideshow on the
secondary (projector) screen and have the taskbar still on
the laptop?
 
What version of PowerPoint are you using? In PowerPoint 2000, 2002, and
2003 go to Slide Show > Set up Show and and change the setting for "Display
slide show on:" or "Show on:" to point to the secondary monitor.
