slideshow mouse click

When I view my slideshow the mouse click does not go to the next slide. It
does nothing I can't right click either, I can only esc. to get out. Any
ideas why?

Have you put the slide show into Kiosk mode? Go to the Slide Show menu and
choose Set Up Show. If "Browsed at a kiosk" is checked, then checked
"Presented by a speaker."
