Slides not appearing in slide show

I have an 8 page Powerpoint presentation and when I run slide show, it does
not pick up the last two slides, it shows "end of slide show" after the sixth
slide. What am I doing wrong?
 
Hi Scott

Check that the slides aren't hidden - the slide number will be in a box with
a line through it (in 2003 anyway) if it is. Right click -> Hide slide to
toggle.

If that isn't it post back letting us know what version you're using

If Lucy's suggestion isn't the problem maybe also check in slide show > setup
show that you have show slides>all checked. Another possibility is that the
last two slides have an auto transition of zero seconds.

If we all did *usual* things with PowerPoint, Tufte would be right and it'd
probably be best for someone to take it away from us.
