Slide Timer

I have correctly inputted all timings for slides. Some of the slides stay up for correct seconds, others just flip right on by ignoring the timings. This is so frustrating. They work fine on latest PP but won't on the PP2000.
 
Hey guy,

Have you noticed if there is any correlation between transition effects
available from one version to the other?

How is PowerPoint 2000 handling the transitions that were not offered until
2002?
