Are you receiving error messages? If so, what are they?

Are you saving the file from your email to your hard drive before attempting
to open the shows? If not, do so.

Finally, please turn off your caps lock. Typing in all caps IMPLIES
SHOUTING.

Over on the left of your keyboard is a key that probably says "Caps Lock"
on it. Please press it once so that your typing doesn't come out in ALL
CAPITALS (which is taken as shouting).

As for your other problem, if you are running PowerPoint 2003, go to the
Help menu and choose Check for Updates. Applying the latest service packs
is likely to fix your problem.

No error messages.

Have done both, but usually as soonas I open the email attachment the slides
start to run.now I get the powerpint logo in the task bar, task manager says
powerpoint is running, but nothing happens.

Sorry about caps lock I didn't know, this is new to me.

Okay, thanks.

In that case, I think you need to open PPT and go to Slide Show | Set up
Show and make sure you're set to show on the Primary Monitor.
Sorry about caps lock I didn't know, this is new to me.

No problem. Figured that was the case. Better to learn about it here where
we're pretty friendly as opposed to somewhere else where they'll *really*
lay into you for it. :-)

Thanks it workded, I am really grateful for your help.
