Slide show is fuzzy

I am curious what I can do to remedy the fuzziness of the
slide show I created in MM2 ... I saved the jpeg files at
300 dpi at sizes of approximately 4" x 6". In
the "preview," they look as sharp as they do when I
edited them in Photoshop, but when I view the slideshow
in full screen on just my monitor, it looks terrible.
Any suggestions on (1) how to correct this in MM2, (2)
whether Microsoft's "Photo Story" remedies this problem,
or (3) another software I can use for high resolution
slide shows?

Many thanks, ~Stuart

The preview mode of Movie Maker is 320x240 pixels and your final saved movie
should be about 640x480 if you saved it in high quality, even better than
the preview.

PhotoStory uses a different codec that optimizes still image slideshows so
you might be happier with its results... but it's more limited than the
features of Movie Maker.

You can use custom profiles to save higher resolution movies, but you will
then get into issues trying to play them back smoothly.... see the Saving
Movies > Custom WMV Profiles at www.papajohn.org for some info.
