When I select Slide Show it is always full screen. Is there a way to have
it show in a Window? I have a program that captures either the full screen
video or a selected rectangle to a video file that can be burned on a DVD as
a movie. I would like to share the screen with the PPS slide show and this
program that can capture selected video and retain the program controls to
start, stop, and pause the recording. I didn't see anything in the Help
file.

Perfect!!!!!!!! That's what makes these newsgroups so worth while. Thank
you. I'll work with that solution. With my Debut Video Capture program I
can select to record within a rectangle that I can place within the PPS
window to cut out that menu bar and anything else extra to the presentation.

In the set up slide show dialog, choose "Browsed by an individual (Window)"

Not precisely what you're after, I expect, since it does also show a menu
bar
and whatnot, but you could exclude that by using the selected rectangle
option
of your capture software.

You can also hold Ctrl while you start the slide show to get a fixed size
screenshow that's not really in a window. Weird little critter, but it
might
be useful to you.
