Will Vista support SLI during install in the final release, because I am
running 2x7950 GX2 Quad Sli Mode?

Vista itself doesn't support, or not support, or anything SLI support.

NVidia have to provide drivers that support SLI. Or choose not to. Or
whatever. Ask them if they have Vista drivers that work properly yet.

I understand that, my question was for the installation side of Vista, I am
running Quad SLI and when I do a Vista install after the first restart,
where it says completing install and it detects your hardware it hangs and
will not complete, but if I use a non-SLI card it works.

Didn't you just answer your own question as to whether Vista supports SLI?

Right. You mean it hangs when it detects that you're using an Nvidia card
and attempts to install the drivers provided by Nvidia? As I was saying...
down to them (and I think it sucks if they have provided drivers that won't
let you install with a SLI system)
