Hello,
Sleep has been replaced with Hybrid Sleep, if hibernate is not grayed out,
you can turn on hybrid sleep by right clicking Command Prompt, and selecting
"Run as administrator" then, type
powercfg -H off, which will turn off Hibernation, which should give you back
Sleep.
