sleep mode?

working on pc , if i stop using for a short space of time maybe reading
data
for my next input , or running a full scan , when i look up its gone
windows
srceen, so i then click enter password go again , its a pain, gone to
power
options put every thing i can see to never but still does it
help
 
Start, Control Panel, Display, Screen Saver.
