Sleep mode

I have been having problems with computer not going to sleep, tried many
things but in end gave up. Yesterday there was a very large number of
downloads and now computer goes to sleep with no problems. Anyone know if
they have now rectifieed problem.
Must also check to see if "calender" now functions OK

Were any of those updates, driver updates? Usually problems with sleep mode
are due to BIOS incompatibilities or a conflict with drivers and/or
installed 3rd party software.

Thanks for reply.
As far as I know they were not. Computer just decided to "sleep". I had done
nothing but am very pleased that this function now works OK.
Calendar still a proble though.
