Skip one detail report in a report detail section?

Hi!
I have another question. My report looks like this. However, 0004 didn't
pass. In this report, could I make it without printing the 0004 in the
subreport?(Skip the line in subreport, but not the main report). Thank you.

I solved the previous question. However, one more show up. How to count the
total sample number. I use Count[ID #], but it return 5. How to make it
return 4? Thank you.
