I get an error msg after I installed IE7 beta tha is refering to skchui.dll
in the Microsoft shared/ink directory that forces IE7 to close. To
experement, I removed this .dll file to a temporary folder, and the error in
IE7 disappeared but another msg telling me to wait while windows configures
office front page 2003..... this msg pops up every time I start any program
on my computer and without even frontpage is loaded or any other office
product.

The question: What is the relation between frontpage 2003, skchui.dll, and
IE7... specialy front page is not starting with the computer or running in
the background?

Thank you Steve, I saw that before, and did disabled the handwriting
feature.... but the question, as I want to give my experiance to the IE7
MVP's, is that why when the handwriting feature is enabled, a lot of programs
use it, and specially IE7 has a problem with it.... is is a problem in the
dll file itself or the feature as a whole?? And why it crashes IE7 when it
encounters a cookie?

I don't have a clue.
However, that's one of the "risks" with testing beta software.
