Sizing Graphics

Is there a quick way to "fit" a graphic to the entire
slide? I am working in Power Point XP and inserting many
pieces of clip art and am needing to adjust size,
location, etc. of each and every picture. Is there a
quick way to "fit to" so it fills the entire slide without
having to adjust each and every slide? Any hints would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Download the free PPTools Starter Set at www.pptools.com
It includes two tools that'll do the job for you. One memorizes the size
and position of any shape you select (or the slide itself if no shape is
selected). The other "hammers" any other selected shape to that size.

In other words, once you've sized and positioned one shape and memorized it,
sizing the other shapes identically is a one-click operation, and
dead-accurate besides.

The tool set is great. One other method would be to choose background>fill
effects>picture tab>select picture. Be sure to check the lock aspect ratio
box.

The following is a reply given in August, to a similar question

"
If you have powerpoint 2002/XP it has a feature on the insert menu
called
"photo album" that will do what you want.

For another way...this "add-in" will also do a similar job.
