Hello,

I have a Dell with a 17" regular monitor (as in non LCD).
I have Internet Explorer 6.0.2600. When I click IE icon
and browser window opens up, it seems as if settings are
incorrect, because I have a scroll bar on bottom of every
page I load, as if the screen has shrunk. It has been
like this since I got it.

Is there a driver I need to install?
Is there a setting to default as with relation to screen
size ( 123 x 123).

Thank you,

Go into your control panel display properties, then
select the settings tab, then change your screen
resolution to what matches the video card and monitor
which is most likely 1024X768 or try 800X600 and under
that advanced button will be the refresh rate, which for
a CRT monitor should be about 70-75 hz so that the screen
is flicker free.
