size of page

when i open a new page it opens in "postage stamp" size I
then have to maximise it. Can anybody tell me what I have
to do to open the page full size
 
Open the new window in "postage stamp" size, then drag
the edges of this window to the size you want it to be
(do not use the maximize button !).
Close all other IE windows and the "dragged" window as
last one. IE will now remember the size of the window.
