Size of Notification Icons

I recently have changed my screen resolution from 800X600
to 1024X768 and now my Notification Icons (System Tray)
are very small. I know how to change them to hide or not
hide but can't figure out how to just increase their
size. I think they are associated with a font size but
don't know where to look.
Thank you for any help.
 
I have spent a great deal of time there but can't figure
which catagory affects the size of the Notification
Icon.. Does anyone know?
 
Caption buttons perhaps?

Every time I have to go back in their it takes hours to figure out which to
change.

You have to click on one and start increasing the number. Watch the screen
just above and you will see which block starts increasing. If it isn't what
you want then go to the next. If it had been written in English the normal
user might be able to understand it but the words Microsoft used are
ridiculous.
