Size of Folder Windows

My Folder Windows always open maximized to full screen. How can these be opened as "restore" size by default?

If the window is maximized when you close it, it will open maximized. You
can click the middle button while the window is maximized to "restore down"
to a smaller window size. If the results are still too large, either resize
the window with your mouse, or right click on the taskbar and select
Cascade Windows. Then use File> Close to exit the folder window.
